Committee The Sports Day is organised on a voluntary basis by a small, dedicated group of local parents. The Committee meets approximately four times a year to plan and organise the Sports Day itself, and also related fund-raising. The current Committee has three elected officers: Chairman :- Kevin Doyle Secretary :- Mark Wray Treasurer :- Peter Bollands. In addition there are members of the Committee who look after the booking and co-ordinating of the various activities and events for the Day. Without support and help from others, it would not be possible to hold the Day. In particular, we rely heavily upon volunteers on the Sports Day itself - setting up the activities on the Green and in the Halls in the morning, running the events during the afternoon, and dismantling and tidying up afterwards.
