20th April is a fund raiser for Martin House Children's Hospice in the main hall of the Community Centre. This is going to be a cabaret style event with two stages. The main performers are going to be MannJazz and Manor School Choir and Inchworm Blues Brothers. Also performing will be the famous Poppleton Blues Belles. Both MannJazz and Manor School Choir have performed at the Community Centre before and shouldn't be missed. They are an extremely talented group of young people who produce a big band sound professionally. Inchworm Blues Brothers will play well known tracks from both The Blues Brothers and The Commitments films. As well as the usual band members there will be a small brass accompaniment to provide the right atmosphere. This will be a great opportunity to dance and party and an event for the whole family. Only £5 for adults and £3 for children
