The usual meeting night is Friday 8pm at the scout hut, however this is not every week due to event planning & participation so please check the timetable above.

The Explorers are the oldest section of scouting in Poppleton, we have been established just over 2 years & are actually part of the Ebor District Explorer Group & not directly part of 1st York, though we meet at their Headquarters. We are currently searching for new leaders to help increase or programme and are always open to new members to join us.

Explorers take young people from ages 14 to 18 and allow them to find new talents and skills by taking part in our many activities. Explorers is about enjoying yourself, making freinds and taking part in group games and challenges.
